When accepting the order and delivery of goods, customers are obligated to comply with the following transaction terms. Before placing an order with Keyan Home or accepting delivery from Shanghai Kewei, please carefully read the following terms:
The price of the ordered product is subject to the online price of Shanghai Kewei at the time of your order.
2. Please fill in your real name, delivery address, and contact information clearly and accurately. Shanghai Kewei will not be responsible for any order delays or failure to deliver due to the following circumstances:
A) The customer provides incorrect information and an incomplete address;
B) The expenses and related consequences arising from repeated delivery due to unattended delivery of goods;
C) Force majeure, such as natural disasters, martial law, sudden wars, etc.
3. Inspection
A) Upon delivery, the customer should immediately inspect the overall and entire outer packaging (i.e., the large packaging) of the product for intactness and firmness. If the customer finds any missing, damaged, contaminated, or irregular items, or any other situations that do not comply with laws and regulations, they should immediately raise them with Keyan Home. Otherwise, it will be deemed that the customer acknowledges the overall and entire outer packaging (i.e., the large packaging) of the product provided by Keyan Home as qualified. If the customer raises any issues after receiving the product, Shanghai Keyan Home will not acknowledge them.
B) Customers should inspect the inner packaging for any missing, damaged, contaminated, or irregular items within three days after receiving the goods. If any such issues are found, they should immediately notify Shanghai Kewei. Failure to notify within the specified timeframe will be deemed as acceptance of the product's inner packaging as satisfactory. Shanghai Kewei will handle the situation accordingly.
4. Security: Whether you order products by phone or online, we will ensure the security of your transaction information
5. Privacy: Shanghai Kewei respects your privacy. Under no circumstances will we sell or disclose your personal and order information to any third party (except for national judicial authorities). All customer information we obtain from the website or over the phone is solely used to process your relevant orders.
6. Exemption: If the Shanghai Kewei sales system collapses or cannot be used normally due to force majeure or other reasons beyond Shanghai Kewei's control, resulting in the failure to complete online transactions or the loss of relevant information, records, etc., Shanghai Kewei will assist in handling the aftermath as reasonably as possible and strive to protect customers from economic losses.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising between the customer and Shanghai Kewei shall be resolved in accordance with the agreement recognized by both parties at the time and relevant laws.
